Table for One: The Joys of Dining Solo

I just got back from a 2 day solo trip to the lovely town of Sant Agnello, near Sorrento. A short getaway with one objective in mind- total relaxation. I stayed at the Hotel Majestic Palace, ate at the hotel’s Michelin starred Restaurant Don Geppi, visited their award winning cocktail bar Dry Martini Sorrento, and relaxed by the pool. On the train ride back, I reflected on how I have learned to not only enjoy travelling alone, but have embraced asking for that table for one.
