'O Vico Wine and Culinary Experience - Forcella (Na)

 

Walking through Forcella in Napoli, it is hard not to get caught up with the vibe, the spirit, the history, and of course - the food.  While finalizing my research for my latest The Next Stop guide, an idea started to ferment in the back of my mind.  I thought that Forcella would be an excellent spot to share my love for Campania wines while pairing them with pizza fritta or classic Neapolitan specialties. So I called up Vincenzo Durante ( 1947 Pizza Fritta amd 'O Vico) and together we  created an amazing experience: 'O Vico Wine and Culinary Experience.

The ‘O Vico Wine & Culinary Experience is an exclusive, small-group tasting journey that pairs ancient Neapolitan culinary traditions with the rich terroirs of Campania’s volcanic and hillside vineyards.

Each tasting session runs for 90 minutes and is hosted seamlessly in English or Italian. To ensure an intimate, high-quality setting, experiences are designed for private and small groups of 4 to 12 guests (a minimum of 4 guests is required per session).

Hosted at 1947 Pizza Fritta / 'O Vico in the heart of historic Forcella, sessions are available by reservation only daily between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM (excluding Saturday evenings). All bookings require at least 48 hours advance notice to allow for fresh culinary preparation and dedicated venue seating.

Pricing starts at 60 Euros per person. Upon confirmation of your date and availability, a small deposit is required to secure your reservation.
