Table for One: The Joys of Dining Solo

I just got back from a 2 day  solo  trip to the lovely town of Sant Agnello, near Sorrento. A short getaway with one objective in mind-   total relaxation .  I stayed at the Hotel Majestic Palace, ate at the hotel’s Michelin starred  Restaurant Don Geppi , visited their award winning cocktail bar  Dry Martini Sorrento , and relaxed by the pool. On the train ride back, I reflected on how I have learned to not only enjoy travelling alone, but have embraced asking for that  table for one .
