Mise En Place is back with a new spring schedule at a new location. On Tuesday, April 5th beginning at 1800 ish, Chef Nicola Di Fillipo will teach a class traditional Easter recipes. A discussion on wine pairing will be led, as usual, by sommelier Marina Alaimo. Terre del Principe and Quintodecimo are the wineries selected for this event.
