Spaghetti Madness, Chef Gennaro Esposito, Restaurant Torre del Saracino (Na)


It's no secret about my love for spaghetti.  I had a chance to not only try this fantastic first at Torre del Saracino one Saturday afternoon...but hang out in the kitchen as the brigade prepared it for me.
