A Taste of Christmas - Peperoni Imbottito - Chef Giovanni Mariconda - Taberna Vulgi (Av)

Here is a Christmas classic from Irpinia that Chef Giovanni Mariconda prepared last week at Gusta Natale.  It stars the classic red pepper, known as a pappacelle.What did he place inside this little parcel?  Tiny cubes of day old bread, walnuts, capers.  He added raisins, anchovies, a mulled wine.
