Villa Cimbrone in Ravello.  Imagine - a spectacular view of the Amalfi Coast, a walk through one the most spectacular gardens in Italy, and dinner featuring Scotti's homemade cappelleti pasta. 
The chef prepared it 
genovese style (slow cooked onions and beef) adding a smoked ricotta cheese...
foamy vegetables...
and a pecorino cheese fondant.
