Spuma di Zuppa di Cozze - Chef Mario Fusco, Piazzetta Milu' (Na)

When you think of summer dishes, a soup isn't what instantly comes to mind.  But when you have a chance to try one like Chef Mario Fusco's Spuma di Zuppa di Cozze/Mussel Soup Mousse which was packed with fresh summer flavors, you may change your mind.  I bumped into Fusco of Piazzetta Milu in  Castellammare di Stabia (Na) at a recent fundraising event Cenando Sotto Un Cielo Diverso.

Packed with ingredients such as mussels, tomatoes, yellow pepper in osmosis,   rosemary croutons, seaweed powder, and basil sprouts.

A super soup for the summer!
