Next up? Spaghetti using a fruit from the sea that is not seen on dining room tables in the area. It stars limoni di mare, sea squirt in English and is surprisingly saporito/flavorful.
The chef added fennel to the sauce to produce a first that was not only unforgettable...
it was fantastic...
