Amazing Appetizers, Chef Cristian Torsiello, Osteria Arbustico, Valva (Sa)

Another Saturday Stellato, and I found myself back on the highway for the hour and forty-five minute drive to Valva.  I wanted to pay another visit to Osteria Arbustico and put myself back in the hands of  Chef Cristian Torsiello and the entire team at this small Michelin starred restaurant located in a tiny corner of Campania.  Here is one of the reasons why.  

Sweetbreads glazed  with a bell pepper sauce.
Cubes of green apple.
Foamy smoked provola cheese.

Amazing.
