Another Saturday Stellato, and I found myself back on the highway for the hour and forty-five minute drive to Valva. I wanted to pay another visit toOsteria Arbustico and put myself back in the hands of Chef Cristian Torsiello and the entire team at this small Michelin starred restaurant located in a tiny corner of Campania. Here is one of the reasons why.
