Insieme/Together, Maestro Pasticcere Antonino Maresca

I don't write a lot about desserts, but when one grabs my attention, like this one did at last week's Festa a Vico, it was almost impossible not to take notice.
Behind a table, over in the crowded corner of the  dimly lit terrace was the pastry chef in question.  Antonino Maresca and his dessert of the evening -Insieme.  Insieme means together in English.  And as he and his brigade put together this dish, I had a difficult time deciding where to begin.

So what's going on here?

Strawberry sorbet (made without adding water)...
 a silk screened strawberry...

almond cream,

white chocolate cylinder filled with buffalo milk cream mousse...

So where would you begin??
