I was in Irpinia last week and bumped into Tonino. Tonino aka Chef Antonio Pisaniello. I hadn't seen him in a couple of months, since the inauguration of his new cooking school CENA located in Nusco, high up in Alta Irpinia. The new school is just the next challenge for this chef who is in love with the territory. The school offers courses for professionals as well as enthusiasts like me, accommodations, and something that I find quite interesting - enogastronomic tours of the territory. As they say in Irpinia - in bocca al lupo, chef!
