Snapshot of the Day - Spaghetti al Pomodoro - Chef Marco Laudato


Here's a snapshot of one of my favorite Campania dishes; spaghetti al pomodoro...spaghetti with tomato sauce.  This version was prepared by Chef Marco Laudato,  currently the  Sous Chef at Palazzo Avino in Ravello (Sa). The chef used San Marzano tomatoes from Masseria Pagliucco, Sarno (Sa) and fresh basilico.
