| Pre Dessert. Two words that when spoken act as a bridge that take the guest from one part of the meal to the other. A whisper that lets one know that the meal is coming to an end. It has the responsiblity, no, honor to lead the diner to the end of what was, in the case of a recent meal at Marenna' Ristorante, a fantastic adventure. From the top, clockwise direction: a warm soft brioche, a glass of Privilegio Fiano Passito 2012 Feudi di San Gregorio, and a sambuca sorbet with strawberry and a sprig of fresh mint. |
