Snapshot of the Day - Roasted Chicken and Potatoes, Lo Stuzzichino Ristorante, Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi (Na)


How far would you drive for a piece of chicken?  I drove about 80 minutes to Lo Stuzzichino Ristorante in Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi for a full immersion in home cooking prepared by the De Gregorio family.  The restaurant, known for its hospitality,simple flavorful dishes, and quality products is also known for this dish; roasted chicken with herbs and spices with a side of potatoes and batter fried provola cheese.  I'll write more about my visit with the De Gregorio family in a bit.  In the meantime...
