I drove about 80 minutes to Lo Stuzzichino Ristorante in Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi for a full immersion in home cooking prepared by the De Gregorio family. The restaurant, known for its hospitality,simple flavorful dishes, and quality products is also known for this dish; roasted chicken with herbs and spices with a side of potatoes and batter fried provola cheese.
